18 grams Prince of Peace® American Ginseng Slices

10 grams Chinese yam

10 grams Prince of Peace® Goji Berries

1 lb spare ribs

1 piece ginger

1 bunch green onions cut


½ teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon dark soy sauce

1 tablespoon white wine

1 tablespoon sugar


  1. Cut Chinese yam into small pieces and soak them with water.
  2. Wash the Prince of Peace® Goji Berries.
  3. Wash and dry the spare ribs.
  4. Stir fry the ginger and green onions. Pan fries the ribs for a little.
  5. Put ginger, green onions, spare rib on a casserole dish. Place Prince of Peace® American Ginseng Slices, Chinese yam and Prince of Peace® Goji Berries on the top.
  6. Pour over Seasoning and ¾ cup of water.
  7. Steam for 1 hour and serve.
